Job Title: Social Media Video Editor & Content Strategist Job Description: Video Editing & Production: Edit and enhance raw video footage to produce high-quality short-form content that aligns with our brand and campaign goals. Collaborate on creative concepts and storyboard ideas to ensure engaging and shareable content. Content Ideation & Strategy: Brainstorm and develop innovative content ideas that leverage current social media trends. Contribute to the planning and execution of video content that aligns with overall brand messaging. Social Media Management: Develop and implement effective posting strategies for Instagram and TikTok, ensuring optimal engagement and audience growth. Schedule, publish, and monitor content across platforms, responding to trends and audience interactions in real time. Analytics & Optimization: Track performance metrics and analyze campaign data to continuously refine content strategy. Provide insights and recommendations based on audience feedback and engagement trends. Collaboration: Work closely with the content creation team to ensure cohesive brand storytelling across all digital channels. Coordinate with other departments to integrate marketing strategies and campaign initiatives. Qualifications: Proven experience in video editing using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools). Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok. Creative mindset with an ability to conceptualize engaging content ideas. Familiarity with social media analytics tools and performance metrics. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Passion for staying updated on the latest social media trends and video editing techniques.
