Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting a Collections Manager for a client of ours in Cary, NC. Responsibilities Ensure delinquent accounts are being collected upon Engage delinquent members to ensure prompt payment of financial obligations Monitor third party collections vendors to ensure service thresholds Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports Manage the full-cycle Collections process Supervise one Collections staff member Requirements Bachelor’s Degree is required; Business Degree is preferred 2-3 years of Collections experience within a Financial Institution Knowledge of Collections Policies and Regulations Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
