Your main responsibilities: Lead the development and deployment of AI/ML models tailored for financial services, ensuring scalability and robustness in production environments. Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to integrate AI solutions into core banking and trading platforms. Drive research initiatives to advance NLP, deep learning, and time series analysis within the organization. Mentor junior team members and share expertise to foster a culture of continuous innovation. Present research findings at conferences and contribute to open-source AI/ML frameworks. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI technology and proactively recommend innovative solutions. You're ideal for this role if you have: 4+ years of experience in AI/ML research and application, preferably in financial or high-tech industries. Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, Quantitative Finance, or related fields. Proven experience in building and deploying machine learning models in production. Strong programming skills in Python, C++, or Java. Expertise in natural language processing, deep learning, and time series analysis. Ability to collaborate effectively across teams in a fast-paced environment. It is a strong plus if you have: (optional) Experience working within financial markets, including equities or fixed income. Contributions to open-source AI/ML frameworks or active community involvement. Knowledge of cloud platforms, containerization, or scalable ML infrastructure.
