Level 2 EYFS Teaching Assistant Gorton

About the role:

Justteachers are working with a warm, inclusive, and forward-thinking Primary school in Gorton. They are committed to fostering the development of both academic and social skills, enabling children to thrive in a nurturing and supportive atmosphere. They are looking for a level 2 EYFS TA to join their team, you will play a key role in ensuring every child receives the best possible start to their educational journey The role is long term supply and to start in September 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the learning and development of children in the EYFS, both in small groups and on a 1:1 basis.
• Assist with planning and delivering engaging, child-cantered activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum.

Pre-requisites:

• Level 2 Qualification in Early Years Education.
• Previous experience working with young children in an EYFS setting.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.
• A patient, caring, and positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
