Account Manager – IT Staffing

Bowman Williams specializes in IT Staffing for the Managed and Cloud Service Provider Industry. Unlike most staffing firms, we do not place candidates in contract or contract to hire positions. All our roles are full time/ permanent positions which places an emphasis on quality over quantity.

We work with 900+ clients across 6 major markets all in the Managed Services space.

Account Manager – IT Staffing Description:

• Account Managers do not cold call, we have a sales team for that.
• Account Managers form relationships with existing clients.
• Account Managers take job orders from existing clients, share the job requirements

  with the recruitment team, speak with recruited candidates about job openings and

  drive placements to close by negotiating offers.

• Account Managers have the luxury of prioritizing their own accounts, client

  relationships and job orders – no micromanaging and innovation/ creativity is encouraged!

  Account Manager – IT Staffing Requirements:

  • Experience working for a recruiting firm.
  • Experience in account management/ client management role.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication and ability to communicate with C-level executives.
  • Strong Interpersonal skills.

    Account Manager – IT Staffing Benefits:

• We provide competitive pay in Base + Commission structure: First year earnings are around $100K and second year earnings is around $100K – $130K. Third year and beyond is about $130K – $150K. (These are just general estimates as it is highly dependent on production)
• We pay 100% of health benefits + dental + life insurance. We also have vision available for a low cost.
