About the Role
This Hotel Receptionist role is set in one of the most spectacular 5-star hotels in the UK. As a Hotel Receptionist in a large team, you’ll be providing a warm welcome to every guest as they arrive at the hotel and going above and beyond throughout their stay to make them feel at home.
The hotel accommodates many exclusive VIPs, celebrities, blue-chip companies and international travellers. Therefore, they are looking for a dynamic and charismatic Hotel Receptionist with a keen eye for detail and someone who loves exceeding guests’ expectations.
You must have Hotel Receptionist experience and ideally, experience using Opera to be suitable for this role.

£26,750 per annum
Staff accommodation available
Shift work on a rotational basis – 7 to 3:30pm, 9 to 5:30pm or 10 – 6:30pm and 2:30 to 11:00pm
The occasional night shift to cover the night team’s holidays or days off – 11pm to 7:30am

Responsibilities as a Hotel Receptionist…
Providing 5-star service to every guest, both on the telephone and in person
Liaising with other departments to ensure exceptional service levels are consistently delivered to all guests
Ensuring all guest queries are handled swiftly and to act as a point of contact for any customer questions
Going above and beyond to meet and exceed guests’ expectations
Having a keen eye for detail
