About the Role
Due to growth, one of the leading US firms in London is actively looking to recruit a mid-level Associate, preferably with at least 3 years’ PQE, to join the firm’s London finance practice. Working in a close-knit team, this role will involve working on complex structured finance, securitisation and fund finance transactions. Candidates need not have experience of all these areas, but will display a strong foundation in general finance and will be keen to develop expertise in these areas. An excellent opportunity for an ambitious mid-level finance lawyer who enjoys a challenge, wants to work directly with Partners and to build a career in this area working as a key member of a small, heavy-hitting team which has the remit to continue to grow.
