The Application Process

Interested in a graduate opportunity but not sure how to apply? It's a simple four-stage process.

1. Application and eligibility form

First, we’ll ask you to fill in a quick form that tells us your basic details. We’ll use these to make sure you’re eligible for the programme you’re applying for.

2. Digital assessment

Next is your chance to show us what you’ve got. It starts with a video interview, where you’ll record your answers to five questions. Then you'll be presented with a logical reasoning game. From start to finish, this stage will take around 30 minutes.

3. Assessment centre experience

During this fully immersive experience, you’ll take part in exercises that feel just like working with us. You’ll meet a number of assessors and teams and complete three assessments – a one-to-one strengths-based interview, a role-specific exercise and a core exercise that will really get you thinking.

The assessment centres will take place between November-January.

4. Offer

Within seven days of the assessment centre, we'll get back in touch. If you're successful, we’ll ask for a few more details and get your contract out to you as quickly as possible. We’ll then get you connected to all things Vodafone via webinars, quizzes, challenges, Q&As and a lively Facebook page. All of which will help get you energised for your first day.

By connecting people, places and things, Vodafone Business helps organisations succeed in a digital world.

On this programme, you’ll innovate and provide digital solutions that will enable businesses to push boundaries and succeed. You’ll shape our total communication solutions, connecting these businesses to their people, places and things, making them more flexible, mobile and collaborative. For the 12-months duration, the Business stream will give you the opportunity to learn and work beside our leaders & teams across teams including Product, Marketing, HR, IoT, Carriers Services and our Partner Market.

Commercial

From managing our brand to marketing our services, leveraging big data to provide our customers the best products and experience or enhancing the digital & in-person customer experience operations – our Commercial team does it all – helping us strengthen our position as an admired company in the eyes of our customers, colleagues and communities. These are just a few of the areas you could find yourself working in:

• Marketing and Brand – Keeping our customers at the heart of what we do and ensuring that our brand and marketing strategy resonates with our purpose and the needs of our customers.
• Customer Experience and Operations – You could become involved in every aspect of our multi-channel customer experience, from retail stores to our Vodafone app and website, helping us deliver the best customer experience possible.
• Products and Services - The P&S team is responsible for developing numerous products for our consumers, from negotiating the latest handsets, to new and exciting products from our Home, Payments & Insurance and TV portfolios.
