KS1&2 TA  Looking to make a real difference every single day?    I am working with  friendly and inclusive primary schools in Westminster  seeking a dedicated KS1 and KS2 Teaching Assistant to support pupils across the school.  You'll work closely with class teachers to bring learning to life, provide targeted support where  it's needed most, and help create a positive, nurturing environment where every child can thrive.    If  you're proactive,  caring and ready to roll up your sleeves, this could be a brilliant opportunity to step into a rewarding role.    What  you'll be doing:  • Supporting pupils across KS1 or KS2 with daily classroom tasks  • Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management  • Working with small groups to reinforce learning in Phonics, Reading, Writing and Maths  • Providing 1:1 support where needed to help pupils stay engaged  • Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting a supportive classroom environment  • Helping children build confidence, independence and strong social skills  What  we're looking for:  The right fit for this role is:  • Experienced in a primary school setting  (desirable but not essential)  • Someone proactive, reliable and confident working with children  • A clear communicator who can build positive relationships with pupils and staff  • Adaptable and able to think on their feet in a busy classroom  •  Someone with a genuine interest in education and supporting children's development    Why work with Protocol Education?  We keep it simple.
