SEN Classroom Support Assistant – CrawleyCrawley, West Sussex Start Date: ASAPContract Type: Full-Time, Term Time OnlySalary: £92.62 per dayWorking Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–3:45pm We are seeking a dedicated and supportive Classroom Support Assistant to join a specialist SEN school in Crawley. You will be supporting pupils with a range of additional needs within a structured, inclusive and nurturing environment, helping them to access learning and build confidence. Key Responsibilities: Support pupils across the classroom and wider school environment Provide 1:1 and small group support Encourage engagement, independence and positive learning behaviours Work closely with teaching staff to deliver support plans Support behaviour in a calm and consistent manner Promote wellbeing, confidence and social development Follow safeguarding procedures at all times The Ideal Candidate Will Have: SEN experience or a willingness to learn A calm, patient and supportive approach Strong communication skills A proactive and reliable attitude A genuine passion for supporting young people How to ApplyIf you are passionate about supporting students with additional needs, we would love to hear from you.
