<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Run radiographic operations, including technique selection, material positioning, and digital imaging to detect defects in components and welds.</li>
<li>Process digital radiographic images.</li>
<li>Interpret results to determine pass or fail based on codes and customer specs. Prepare certification documents.</li>
<li>Review customer orders to ensure proper processing.</li>
<li>Maintain inspection area and equipment.</li>
<li>Keep accurate inspection records.</li>
<li>Participate in accreditation activities.</li>
<li>Develop technical and leadership skills in NDT.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Post-High School education in NDT or technical field preferred.</li>
<li>Certification to Radiographic Testing Level II (RT Level II) required</li>
<li>3+ years working with castings.</li>
<li>Experience with NDT standards like SNT-TC-1A, NAS-410, or MIL-STD-271 preferred.</li>
<li>Knowledge of digital X-ray protocols or certification desirable.</li>
<li>Desire to improve technical and leadership skills.</li>
<li>Strong communication and computer abilities.</li>
