They’re now looking for a Sous Chef to join their dynamic and ambitious brigade in delivering a standout culinary experience.

£48,600 per annum plus circa £6,000 in service charge
Working 4 days on, 3 days off – 48-hour contract

Responsibilities as the Sous Chef…
Supporting the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of a high-performance kitchen
Cooking to the highest standards and maintaining consistency across all sections
Leading and mentoring a team of chefs in a fast-paced, professional environment
Playing a key role in menu development and kitchen innovation
Ensuring the kitchen meets all food hygiene and safety regulations
