An opportunity has arisen for an experience Architectural Technician to join an up and coming Northwich based architectural practice. Working on a range of projects across housebuilding, one off residential and commercial the architectural technician will gain further experience in a supportive environment.
The role would suit an experienced Architectural Technician looking to take their career to the next level. With regular CPD sessions and an opportunity to gain further training, it’s a rare opportunity to secure a role that will offer clear progression. Duties will include the production of technical drawings and packages, working to building regulations and communicating with architects, clients and contractors. There’s an opportunity to develop position the into a job running role with the support of current Director.
The ideal candidate will have recent experience as an architectural technician and a working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD software. Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate technical drawings is essential. Relevant sector experience would be an advantage. In return the Architectural Technician will work in a trusting environment with the option to work at home and flexible hours. A genuine opportunity for the right person to progress their career.
