Maintenance and Landscaper £13ph Monday to Friday Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Maintenance and Landscaper to join our team based in Newark. This role involves maintaining outdoor spaces to a high standard while also carrying out general maintenance tasks to ensure buildings and grounds are safe, functional, and visually appealing. Working Hours & Location: Monday to Friday Based in Newark Travel to local sites may be required Key Responsibilities: Perform routine landscaping duties including mowing lawns, trimming hedges, planting, weeding, and watering Maintain cleanliness and appearance of outdoor areas, pathways, and parking lots Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools safely Carry out general maintenance tasks such as basic repairs, painting, and minor building upkeep Inspect grounds and facilities to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards Ensure proper storage and care of tools, equipment, and materials Assist with seasonal tasks such as leaf removal and planting Follow health and safety guidelines at all times Requirements: Previous experience in landscaping and/or maintenance preferred Full, valid driving licence (essential) Ability to operate landscaping tools and equipment Basic knowledge of repair and maintenance work Physically fit and able to perform manual labour in various weather conditions Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Good time management and reliability Desirable Skills: Knowledge of plants, gardening techniques, and groundskeeping Experience with power tools and maintenance equipment Basic plumbing, electrical, or carpentry skills Working Conditions: Outdoor work in varying weather conditions May involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods To Apply please call Jenna on 01636 611320 or email your CV to jenna.blades@ambitionspersonnel.com NEW1
