Requirements
You’re a perfect fit if:
you have at least two years of experience with Adobe software (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator);
you are proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs;
you have good English language skills in speaking and writing;
you have experience working with large amounts of data and inputting them into accounting systems;
you are well organised, conscientious and punctual;
you have a higher education qualification (preferably in administration, accounting, economics or management).

Job Description
You will be responsible for:
managing, maintaining, filing and supervising accounting documentation;
handling correspondence, both traditional and electronic
preparing and drawing up reports, statements and documents for the company's internal purposes; - preparing sales invoices
issuing sales invoices
Entering purchase and sales invoices into the accounting system;
preparation of bank transfers, including payments to contractors
recording and monitoring payments and controlling bank account balances;
completing, verifying and preparing documents for the accounting office or internal accounting department.
