As Hotel Operations Manager, you are ultimately responsible for the daily operations of the hotel and restaurant. You are visible on the floor, actively involved and a real people manager: you coach, guide and ensure a positive and professional working atmosphere. You are the first point of contact for both guests and team members and know how to exceed expectations - every day. From staff planning and performance reviews to guest experience and process optimisation: you keep the overview, adjust where necessary and ensure that quality and service remain at the highest level.
