About the Role

<li>Provide strategic leadership for Housing Property, Investment and Asset Services to ensure safe, compliant, high‑quality and energy‑efficient homes</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Lead the stewardship and optimisation of the Council’s housing and property assets, delivering sound financial, environmental and social returns over the long term</li>
</ul>
<p> </p>
<ul>
<li>Drive a data‑led, whole‑life approach to housing property services, from planning and construction through occupation, maintenance and renewal</li>
</ul>
<p> </p>
<ul>
<li>Ensure property services deliver excellent value for money, high resident satisfaction and full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements</li>
</ul>
<p> </p>
<ul>
<li>Lead the development and delivery of capital investment, maintenance and building safety programmes aligned to the HRA Business Plan</li>
</ul>
