About the Role

To support our Performance Marketing & Customer Analytics team we are searching for a (Junior) Product Manager(f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office. WHAT YOU WILL DO Become an important part of the onsite management team and be responsible for identifying user needs and motivation, as well as independently developing user experience concepts for our mobile applications (iOS and Android) By fostering strong communication and collaboration across departments, you will ensure seamless execution of the product roadmap and contribute to the overall success and growth of our products. Be responsible for the creation of concepts, scribbles, mockups & interactive prototypes for our mobile applications and bring your market insight on developments & trends to the team Join the transformation of the 360° customer journey on customer touchpoints and develop a comprehensive user experience Monitor the evolution of e-commerce KPIs and create optimization projects from hypothesis to Go-Live that can be verified before through MV - A/B tests Conduct usability tests, identify customer needs, and derive improvement actions based on the results Keep the interests & wishes of other departments in mind and develop outstanding solutions for our customers together in the team WHO YOU ARE Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as media informatics, business informatics, online media, or similar At least 2+ years of professional experience in conception, user experience, usability, conversion optimization and product management Deep understanding of digital product creation, especially e-commerce experience Experience with Mobile Apps and their SDKs as well as advanced knowledge in Javascript, HTML & CSS Experience with web tracking technologies (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, etc.) Flair for usability and user interaction, customer journeys, and analytical understanding of e-commerce KPIs Very good English, written and spoken WHAT WE OFFER Up to 32 days of holiday, depending on the length of service, starting with 28 days Mobile office with up to 20% of your total contracted hours (job and position permitting) 10 days/year of mobile office abroad in EU-countries (job and position permitting) Language & e-learning courses Staff discount of up to 30% Company pension scheme Discounted membership for selected sports platforms & gyms Discounted travel card Access to LinkedIn Learning Individual support on mental health & well-being (e.g. compatibility work and family life) Social Day Employee Share Purchase Plan
