It is an opportunity to take ownership of a fast-scaling department within one of Norfolk's most ambitious and fastest-growing estate agency businesses.
The company currently manages around 1,000 properties across Norfolk & Waveney and has clear, ambitious plans to grow to 1,500 by 2026 and 2,000 by 2027. To support this growth, they are now seeking a dynamic leader to drive the next phase.
The Opportunity The successful candidate will lead a growing Property Management team of 8+ across Wroxham and Oulton Broad, with additional offices planned.
This is a hands-on leadership role with genuine influence. The Head of Property Management will not simply maintain standards but elevate them—shaping the team, refining processes, and playing a central role in scaling the portfolio while delivering an exceptional experience for landlords and tenants.
Key Responsibilities - Lead, inspire, and develop a multi-office Property Management team
- Coach and mentor team members to build a high-performance culture
- Ensure full compliance with lettings legislation and regulatory requirements
- Improve systems, processes, and operational efficiency
- Drive portfolio growth and increase management income
- Strengthen landlord relationships and maximise retention
- Identify opportunities to generate new business within the existing portfolio
- Contribute to the wider business strategy and expansion plans
Working Pattern - Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm
- 1 in 3 Saturdays (flexibility may be considered)
- Office-based role
Candidate Profile - Proven experience in Property Management, ideally within a senior or leadership role
- Strong knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance
- A natural leader with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Commercially minded, with a focus on growth and client retention
- Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-driven
- Ambitious, with a desire to play a key role in a growing business
