Temporary Warehouse Worker
Location: Wasilla, AK
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: Starting at $23.00+/hour DOE (Depending on Experience)
Positions Available: 5–7 Temporary Employees
Job Overview
We are seeking 5–7 reliable and hardworking temporary warehouse workers to assist our team with cleaning and processing customer contents at a warehouse facility in Wasilla. This position involves carefully handling and cleaning personal household items that have been packed and stored in boxes.
Responsibilities
- Open and unpack boxes containing customer belongings
- Clean and sanitize personal items, including:
- Dishes and kitchenware
- Books and documents
- Glassware and collectibles
- Household items and personal belongings
- Repack items as directed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures
- Work efficiently while handling customer property with care
Requirements
- Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the workday
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Previous warehouse, cleaning, restoration, or moving experience is helpful but not required
Additional Information
- Work will be performed entirely inside the warehouse.
- Employees will not be required to travel or leave the warehouse for job duties.
- A mandatory 30-minute unpaid lunch break is required each workday.
