About the Role
Soporte ERP (QAD) Atender y resolver incidentes y requerimientos de usuarios asociados al ERP. Analizar causas raíz de problemas funcionales o técnicos. Coordinar con proveedores y consultores externos cuando corresponda. Mantener documentación funcional y técnica del sistema. Capacitar usuarios en funcionalidades del ERP. Gestión de mejoras y desarrollos ERP Levantar requerimientos con áreas de negocio. Analizar impacto técnico y funcional de las mejoras. Configurar y programar soluciones dentro de QAD. Ejecutar pruebas funcionales y de integración. Apoyar despliegues a ambientes productivos. Velar por la estabilidad y calidad de los cambios implementados. Desarrollo de software Apoyar el desarrollo de aplicaciones internas. Realizar integraciones entre sistemas. Automatizar procesos operativos. Participar en pruebas y control de calidad.
