About the Role
These roles will focus on projects dealing with damp and mould issues. Both roles will start as 6-month Interim assignments paying £358/day (umbrella).
You will be required to provide expert advice in relation to disrepair cases for internal and external stakeholders
On a daily basis you will inspect areas managed by our Local Authority client in South East London. You will need to produce expert reports, including taking pictures and establishing root cause findings following detailed building pathology exercises. You will be working in under the housing health and safety rating system guidance (HHSRS).
Other tasks will include drawing up a specification of works to capture the repairs required and managing projects so overseeing start dates, works in progress, standards of workmanship etc.
We are looking for those who have experience in a similar capacity within a Local Authority. You will need a good understanding of the National Housing Federation Schedule of Rates, produced by M3.
