The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and capable of operating effectively in a fast-paced environment.</p> <p><b> </b></p> <p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p> <p><b> </b></p> <p><b>Invoice Processing and Payment Execution</b></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner</li> <li>Match invoices to purchase orders and supporting documentation</li> <li>Ensure proper coding and approval workflows are followed</li> <li>Process payments via ACH, check, and other methods</li> </ul> <p><b>Vendor Management and Issue Resolution</b></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Serve as a point of contact for vendor inquiries</li> <li>Resolve discrepancies related to invoices and payments</li> <li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records</li> </ul> <p><b>Reconciliation and Reporting</b></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Assist with accounts payable reconciliations</li> <li>Support month-end close activities related to payables</li> <li>Help monitor accounts payable aging and reporting</li> </ul> <p><b>Process and Documentation</b></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Maintain organized and audit-ready records</li> <li>Support process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy</li> </ul> <p><b>Qualifications</b></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>2+ years of Accounts Payable or related accounting experience</li> <li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables</li> <li>High level of attention to detail and accuracy</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines</li> </ul> <p><b>Preferred</b></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems</li> <li>Experience in a high-volume or multi-entity environment</li> </ul>
