About the Role
Field Service Engineering Manager Package up to c£89,000 Bedford MC Technical Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a Field Service Engineering Manager This role will involve managing a small team of field based mechanical technicians covering the southeast of England. As a Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for: Leading a mechanical O & M team across the Southeast. The geographical area to be covered includes Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex & Kent. This is a hands on leadership role requiring strong operational, technical & people management skills. You will deliver high reliability on electrical generating assets including Solar & Wind, but most Gas Engines (both dirty & natural). Using the Maximo system to generate orders & technical support. Other duties as required. To be considered for this role you should have: Strong mechanical knowledge. Previous experience leading an engineering team. Strong people management skills. The ability to travel across the region. Full, clean driving licence. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading business with huge growth potential in the renewables arena.
