In our Project Support Administration team, you’ll learn through your studies and on the job - working alongside our experts as you:</span></p><ul><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Support the team to comply with company information management requirements; including creating and issuing documentation to external parties, completing tracking schedules and maintaining accurate document management practices</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Type and format documents including minutes, reports, letters, fee proposals and more</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Maintain document management systems</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Set up and maintain project details</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Co-ordinate diaries and arrange meetings</span></p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>What you’ll need</strong></span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>Qualifications</strong></span></p><ul><li><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst">English and Maths GCSE (or equivalent) at grade C/4 or above</p></li></ul><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast"></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>Knowledge</strong></span></p><ul><li><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst">Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)</p></li><li><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle">Awareness of confidentiality, GDPR and professional standards for handling data</p></li></ul><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast"></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>Skills</strong></span></p><ul><li><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst">Good time management and the ability to stay calm under pressure</p></li><li><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle">Strong attention to detail</p></li><li><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle">Good verbal and written communication</p></li><li><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle">Ability to use your own initiative</p></li><li><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle">Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team</p></li><li><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast">Proactive and adaptable to changing priorities</p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>Apprenticeship eligibility</strong></span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>To apply, you must have the right to work in the UK as we’re unable to sponsor Apprentices.
