Based: Field Based – Office as Required

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver the commercial plan to drive sales and increase distribution within the independent retail sector, including farm shops, delis, and specialist retailers.
  • Expand product listings with existing customers and win new business.
  • Identify, unlock, and develop new growth opportunities.
  • Achieve volume and margin targets in line with agreed budgets.
  • Use market insight to influence product development and range improvements.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with wholesale partners.
  • Map distribution and plan effective store visit strategies to unlock growth.
  • Work cross-functionally to deliver business objectives.
  • Build market knowledge and identify gaps to capitalise on opportunities.
  • Deliver strong conversion rates against new business targets.

What Are We Looking For?

  • Proven experience as a Field Sales Representative delivering growth within the independent retail sector.
  • Strong understanding of independent retail customers and how to win business.
  • Well-networked with the ability to leverage relationships quickly.
  • Experience within chilled or fresh categories (short shelf-life products preferred).
  • Commercially minded with a proactive, solution-focused approach.
  • A collaborative team player with a strong work ethic and growth mindset.
