About the role:
Justteachers are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant team at a Batley Primary school. This is a full-time role to start in September 2026 and run until to December 2026 initially.
The successful candidate will be working at a two-form entry school that is inclusive and welcoming to all.
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Support pupils in their academic, social, and emotional development</li>
<li>Assist with planning and delivering targeted interventions</li>
<li>Provide one-to-one support for pupils with additional needs</li>
<li>Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment</li>
<li>Provide personal care</li>
</ul>
 Pre-requisites:
<ul>
<li>Experience working in Early Years</li>
<li>Paediatric First Aid trained</li>
<li>A calm, patient, and proactive approach</li>
<li>Strong communication and teamwork skills</li>
<li>A genuine passion for education and child development</li>
<li>Excellent behaviour management skills</li>
<li>Two school-based references</li>
