This role centres on managing incidents, requests, and user queries while developing strong expertise in key business systems &mdash; with a particular emphasis on <strong data-start="497" data-end="535">ClickUp administration and support</strong>.</p> <hr data-start="538" data-end="541" /> <h3 data-section-id="165gfiz" data-start="543" data-end="571"><strong data-start="547" data-end="571">Key Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul data-start="573" data-end="1451"> <li data-section-id="13v1ygh" data-start="573" data-end="728">Provide day-to-day support for business applications, handling incidents, service requests, and user queries via an IT Service Management (ITSM) system</li> <li data-section-id="doig1o" data-start="729" data-end="840">Develop and maintain strong working knowledge of core business systems, with a primary focus on <strong data-start="827" data-end="838">ClickUp</strong></li> <li data-section-id="8u12fa" data-start="841" data-end="945">Configure, manage, and optimise <strong data-start="875" data-end="920">ClickUp workspaces, spaces, and workflows</strong> to meet business needs</li> <li data-section-id="cz68nx" data-start="946" data-end="1023">Support end users with ClickUp usage, troubleshooting, and best practices</li> <li data-section-id="n8e9pv" data-start="1024" data-end="1119">Triage and resolve support tickets, aiming for high first-time fix rates and SLA compliance</li> <li data-section-id="1sw5c28" data-start="1120" data-end="1196">Escalate issues appropriately to internal teams or third-party suppliers</li> <li data-section-id="5c6zhy" data-start="1197" data-end="1268">Maintain clear documentation for processes, fixes, and system usage</li> <li data-section-id="129bxiq" data-start="1269" data-end="1316">Perform routine system administration tasks</li> <li data-section-id="1u8rdm4" data-start="1317" data-end="1390">Support change and release processes in line with internal procedures</li> <li data-section-id="1dpaei7" data-start="1391" data-end="1451">Contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives</li> </ul> <hr data-start="1453" data-end="1456" /> <h3 data-section-id="1k8xv05" data-start="1458" data-end="1494"><strong data-start="1462" data-end="1494">Required Skills &amp;
