Big Lake, MN 55309 Job Category: Manufacturing Job ID: 54815147 Pay Rate: $18-23 / hour Jobs Office: Rogers Job Description Job Title: Assembly Technician Location: Big Lake, MN Compensation: $18.00–$23.00 per hour – paid weekly Schedule: 1st shift | Monday–Friday | 6:00am–2:30pm Job Type: Temp-to-Hire | Full-time About the Opportunity Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Assembly Technicians for a leading boat manufacturing company in Big Lake, MN. In this hands-on role, you’ll help build high quality components while working in a fast-paced production environment that values teamwork, integrity, and growth. If you enjoy using hand tools, staying active throughout your shift, and working with a collaborative team, this could be a great fit for you! What You’ll Do as an Assembly Technician: Assemble vehicle parts, sub-systems, and components Prepare materials and build-up parts according to specifications Perform inspections and quality checks throughout production Operate power tools, hoists, and various production equipment Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area What You Need to Bring to the Assembly Technician Role: Ability to bend, twist, kneel, squat, and reach overhead Strong pinch/grip strength for handling tools and components Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per day Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 100 lbs (with or without accommodation) Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required Why You’ll Like Working with Doherty Staffing Solutions Enjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and opportunities for long-term stability through temp-to-hire roles.
