About the Role
<p><strong>Litigation Solicitor needed in Rochdale Paying £20.68 per hr ref 000A EDF6 / 1</strong></p>
<p><strong>Full time hours on a temporary basis</strong></p>
</p>
<p><strong><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage criminal litigation files from initial instruction through to resolution.</li>
<li>Attend court to represent the organisation at hearings, including <strong>licensing hearings</strong> and other legal proceedings.</li>
<li>Prepare legal documents, statements, case bundles and evidence.</li>
<li>Provide clear legal advice to internal clients and stakeholders.</li>
<li>Conduct advocacy and liaise with counsel, enforcement officers, court staff and external agencies.</li>
<li>Ensure all work complies with legal, regulatory and procedural requirements.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records and manage deadlines effectively.</li>
</ul>
