We are working with a well-regarded consulting firm in London to find a talented Team Assistant to join their busy, client-facing team. The Role

Sitting at the heart of a collaborative and high-performing team, you will provide day-to-day administrative and operational support across a range of tasks. The environment is client-led, so attention to detail, a polished approach, and the ability to manage competing priorities with composure are all essential.

Responsibilities will include:

• Diary and calendar management for team members
• Coordinating meetings, calls, and room bookings
• Preparing documents, presentations, and correspondence
• Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders professionally and efficiently
• Supporting with travel arrangements and expenses
• General team administration and ad hoc project support

About You

• Previous experience in a Team Assistant, Administrator, or business support role
• Comfortable working in a client-facing or professional services environment
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• A warm, proactive approach and a genuine team player
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems
