About the Role
<p><strong>DV / SC Cleared Scrum Master – AI & Data</strong></p>
<p><strong>Location:</strong> London (Hybrid)</p>
<p><strong>Contract:</strong> 9 Months</p>
<p><strong>Rate:</strong> £500-£650 per day (Inside IR35)</p>
<p>We are supporting a <strong>major UK law enforcement organisation</strong> on a key requirement for an experienced <strong>DV or SC Cleared Scrum Master</strong> to support the delivery of critical <strong>AI and data-driven programmes</strong>.</p>
<p>This is an opportunity to work at the forefront of national security, helping deliver impactful digital capabilities in a highly secure and complex environment.</p>
<p><strong>The Role</strong></p>
<p>You will play a key role in driving agile delivery across <strong>AI, data, and digital transformation initiatives</strong>, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective, value-driven outcomes.</p>
<p>You’ll be responsible for embedding agile best practice, enabling high-performing teams, and ensuring delivery remains aligned to both operational and strategic priorities.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)</li>
<li>Coach and support teams in Agile/Scrum best practices</li>
<li>Remove blockers and enable delivery across complex environments</li>
<li>Work closely with Product Owners, Delivery Managers, and technical teams</li>
<li>Drive continuous improvement and delivery maturity</li>
<li>Support delivery across AI, data, and digital programmes</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Key Requirements</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Active <strong>DV or SC Clearance</strong> (DV preferred)</li>
<li>Proven experience as a <strong>Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead</strong></li>
<li>Strong experience delivering within <strong>digital, data, or AI programmes</strong></li>
<li>Experience working in <strong>secure / government environments</strong> (law enforcement, defence, central government etc.)</li>
<li>Ability to manage stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams</li>
<li>Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe desirable)</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Desirable Experience</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Exposure to <strong>AI / Machine Learning / Data Platforms</strong></li>
<li>Experience in <strong>law enforcement or national security environments</strong></li>
<li>Background working on <strong>complex, multi-team programmes</strong></li>
</ul>
