VIKING is continuously looking for skilled and passionate new colleagues at all levels to join our global lifesaving mission.

All applications, whether for vacant positions or unsolicited, must be submitted through the system provided on our website.

Your application is safe with us, as it will be handled confidentially and in adherence to all data protection regulations. Personal data is retained for six months, after which your application will be automatically deleted.

Additionally, you have the option to sign up for our job agent, which will keep you informed if a suitable position becomes available.

For information, we do not save or respond to applications received by email, social media, post, or personal inquiry.

How to apply for a position

The recruitment process begins when you submit your application on our job portal for one of the vacant positions and receive confirmation.

The further process will be as follows:

• Your application will be reviewed by experienced recruitment specialists and we aim to inform you as soon as possible.
• If your application progresses to the next stage, we may invite you to a virtual or phone interview to learn more about you before a face-to-face interview. Depending on the role you’re applying for, more interviews can be necessary.
• As part of the process you may be asked to complete some assessment tools. More information about this will be provided as part of the recruitment process.
• You will be regularly updated on the status of your application. Should you have any questions along the way, do not hesitate to contact us. The name of the person in charge will appear in the specific job advertisement

We strive to make the process as quick as possible, but it may take approximately 4 to 8 weeks and the process can vary from country to country.
