The TeamThe Real Estate Disputes team is part of a wider Real Estate Group and is led by several partners across the country. The team handles a full spectrum of contentious property work, including dilapidations, lease renewals (contested and uncontested), rent review, break notices, forfeiture, possession actions, professional negligence, and general property management disputes. It acts for an impressive client base of landlords, tenants, developers, investors, corporate occupiers, banks, and insolvency practitioners. The work is high-value, often complex, and includes reported cases before the High Court, Court of Appeal, and Supreme Court. The team is known for technical excellence, commercial acumen, and a strategic litigation approach. It prides itself on a collegiate, collaborative atmosphere and a genuine commitment to developing its people.The RoleYou will manage a broad mix of real estate disputes, handling your own matters with supervision and assisting partners and senior lawyers on more complex, high-profile cases. You will work on the full range of landlord and tenant matters, as well as disputes involving retail portfolios, development, and insolvency-related property issues. You will be given early responsibility within a supportive, stretching environment, with a team that takes a keen interest in your development.
