Senior Data Engineer

Your roles and responsibilities: •    Develop and maintain data products that meet the needs of stakeholders, ensuring they are user-friendly and accessible.  •    Continuously monitor and optimise ETL processes and data flows to maintain high performance and efficiency, minimising downtime and errors.  •    Implement rigorous data validation and quality checks to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data used for analytics and business intelligence.  •    Mentor and support junior data engineers by sharing knowledge, best practices, and providing guidance on complex technical challenges  •    Foster a collaborative learning environment by encouraging team members to share insights, experiences, and innovative solutions to common problems. •    Regularly seek and provide constructive feedback to and from team members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and personal growth.
