About the Role
We are recruiting for an experienced and highly organised HR Coordinator to join a dynamic and well-established professional services organisation based in Taunton on a full-time, permanent basis. As the business continues to grow, they are looking to appoint a HR Coordinator to support the ongoing development of the HR function. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic HR professional who enjoys working in a varied and busy environment. The role offers genuine scope to further develop your HR knowledge and skillset whilst gaining exposure across a broad range of HR functions and projects. This position would suit someone who is confident managing HR administration duties, enjoys building strong working relationships across the business, and is passionate about delivering an efficient and professional HR service. The role is full-time and fully office-based, offering a salary of up to £35,000 depending on experience. Key Responsibilities: You will play a key role in supporting the wider HR function and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of HR processes across the business.
