Outbound Team Lead
Pay: $24/hr
Schedule: Mon-Fri 10-hour shifts
8am-6:30pm with start times fluctuating between 6am or 11am depending on needs.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Lead and coordinate daily outbound operations to ensure 100% on-time performance for all outbound routes.
- Manage to customer KPI goals, specifically focusing on productivity and quality.
- Support and develop daily workload planning to optimize labor allocation and Outbound throughput.
- Implement and maintain strong visual management controls, including progress control boards and real-time status updates.
- Actively identify and eliminate waste within the operation to streamline workflows and reduce costs.
- Apply PDCA & Root Cause analysis techniques to resolve operational discrepancies and prevent recurrences.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- 2+ years of experience in a warehouse or distribution center.
- Experience in Outbound Team Lead is preferred.
- Familiarity with WMS and RF scanning devices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power point.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
- Steel toe shoes
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
