You’ll be the face of the business—building relationships, winning instructions, and delivering an exceptional customer experience from the very first meeting. What You’ll Be Doing Carrying out market appraisals across Crosby and surrounding areas Converting valuations into instructions through strong rapport‑building and clear communication Advising clients on pricing, marketing strategy, and the selling process Keeping in regular contact with homeowners to nurture warm leads Working closely with the branch team to maximise opportunities Representing the brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and local market knowledge What We’re Looking For Experience in valuing and winning instructions (estate agency background essential) Confident, engaging communicator with a natural ability to build trust Strong conversion skills and a proactive, self‑motivated approach Full UK driving licence and access to your own car Good knowledge of the local property market is a bonus Salary, Commission & Benefits £28,000 basic salary Great Commission structure Mileage paid or car allowance considered Ongoing training, support, and progression opportunities
