<p><strong>Director of Improvement needed in Milton Keynes Paying  £826.32 per day ref 5295895</strong></p> <p><strong>Full time hours on a temporary basis</strong> </p> <p><em><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></em></p> <ul> <li><strong>Lead a portfolio of improvement and efficiency programmes, including service redesign, demand management and digital initiatives</strong></li> <li><strong>Embed robust governance, programme management and benefits realisation frameworks</strong></li> <li><strong>Oversee development and assurance of business cases and investment proposals</strong></li> <li><strong>Work closely with Finance to ensure accurate modelling, tracking and validation of savings</strong></li> <li><strong>Partner with senior service leaders to identify and deliver efficiencies across priority areas</strong></li> <li><strong>Use data, benchmarking and insight to drive evidence‑based decision‑making and prioritisation</strong></li> <li><strong>Build organisational capability in continuous improvement, including Lean or similar methodologies</strong></li> <li><strong>Engage effectively with stakeholders, managing political, regulatory and public sensitivities</strong></li> </ul> <p>If you are interested in the role, please email your CV to verity@essentialemploy.co.uk quoting the reference number. </p> <p>Essential Employment is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
