<h3>The Position: Support Specialist</h3>
<p>We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our client’s team as a <strong>Support Specialist</strong>. The ideal candidate is service-driven, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>

<p>Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, team members, and partners</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a timely manner</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Maintain accurate records and documentation</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Learn and adapt to company processes, tools, and software</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and achieve organizational goals</p>

<h3>Work Schedule</h3>
<p>This role requires flexibility to work varying shifts Monday through Friday. Scheduled shifts may include:</p>

<p>9:00 AM – 6:00 PM</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>10:00 AM – 7:00 PM</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>12:00 PM – 9:00 PM</p>
</li>
</ul>

<h3>The Ideal Candidate Will Have:</h3>
<ul>
<li>
<p>High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Minimum of 3 years of client service or support-related experience</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Experience with Microsoft Office and general computer use</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear writing</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Ability to resolve client concerns with professionalism and empathy</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn</p>
</li>
