Location: Sandwich (Onsite)
Contract: 8 months
Rate: circa £21 per hour (based on experience, INSIDE IR35)

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Customer Validation & Master Data Representative to support a Customer Account & Supply Management team within a global supply chain environment. This role is critical to ensuring accurate customer master data, regulatory compliance, and high‑quality service across Direct‑To‑Pharmacy and Direct Account supply chains.

Key Responsibilities

• Validate and maintain customer master data in SAP, including new account setup and amendments
• Liaise with customers and internal teams to resolve data queries and obtain missing or updated information
• Carry out licence and authorisation checks to ensure compliance with regulatory and GDP requirements
• Monitor and resolve daily master‑data interface issues with external service partners
• Manage customer enquiries, records, and audit‑ready documentation in line with SOPs

Skills & Experience Required

• Customer service experience handling complex queries (B2B experience preferred)
• Strong IT skills, including MS Office; SAP experience is an advantage
• High attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise work in a fast‑paced environment
• Clear written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder engagement
• GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English
