Intermediate / Quantity Surveyor - Main Contractor - London
Salary: £50k-£80k + package (Permanent) | Contract: £350-£425/day
Location: London | Start: ASAP
The Role
A well-established main contractor with a strong project pipeline is looking for Intermediate and Quantity Surveyors to join a growing division. Projects range from £10m-£50m and include complex refurbishment, CAT A and CAT B schemes.
This is a fantastic opportunity for intermediate Quantity Surveyors to gain experience on high-value projects, work alongside senior commercial teams, and be part of a fast-growing business with strong cash reserves and an exciting future.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in commercial management as a Quantity Surveyor on refurbishment, CAT A, and CAT B projects
- Support procurement, valuations, variations, and progress payments
- Monitor costs, update forecasts, and assist in reporting
- Work with senior Quantity Surveyors and the commercial team to ensure projects remain on budget
- Build experience and knowledge in a growing main contractor environment
What We're Looking For
- Proven Intermediate or Quantity Surveyor experience on refurbishment, CAT A or CAT B projects
- Strong commercial awareness and enthusiasm to progress
- Ability to work within a team on high-value London projects
- Ambition to develop within a growing division of a trusted main contractor
