Dear CRO Strategists and Quality Leads, We are currently looking for several CRO Strategists and Quality Leads for one of the leading tech companies in Europe. The position is 100% remote and long-term. QUICK FACTS: - Freelancing/Contracting - Start: ASAP - 100% remote - Duration: long-term 12+ months - Capacity: full-time, part-time also possible - Language: English - Central European Time REQUIREMENTS: - Experience in CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) and UX personalization across digital products. - Strong background in web analytics, including tools like Google Analytics and Contentsquare. - Hands-on experience with A/B testing and experimentation platforms such as Optimizely and Adobe Target. - Ability to interpret user behavior and data insights to identify optimization opportunities.
