<p>This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced or recently qualified Veterinary Surgeon to join a well-established, RCVS-accredited small animal practice in Lanarkshire. The practice is expanding its small animal team to provide excellent care to a loyal client base and maintain high standards across its sites.</p>
<p><strong>The role offers:</strong></p>

<p>A varied caseload with 15-minute consultations and opportunities for clinical development.</p>
<li>
<p>Minimal on-call commitment (approximately 1 in 11 weeks) with a supportive structure for less experienced colleagues.</p>

<p>A collaborative environment where ideas and knowledge are shared across a team of vets and nurses.</p>
<li>
<p>Potential progression opportunities for those interested in management or clinical specialisms.</p>

<p><strong>The Team & Facilities</strong></p>
<p>The practice boasts a modern flagship site with additional branches in the surrounding area. Facilities include:</p>

<p>Digital x-ray, ultrasound, laser therapy, and video endoscopy</p>
<li>
<p>RCVS-accredited surgical and dental equipment</p>
<li>
<p>A skilled nursing team providing 24/7 nurse support and clinics</p>
<li>
<p>A 14-strong veterinary team, including certificate holders, supporting a varied caseload</p>
</ul>
<p><strong>What They Offer</strong></p>

<p>Salary up to £65,000</p>
<li>
<p>33 days annual leave, including bank holidays, with buy/sell holiday options</p>
<li>
<p>£1,750 CPD allowance per year and 5 days paid CPD leave (more for certificate holders)</p>
<li>
<p>RCVS & VDS fees paid, plus membership to one other professional society</p>
<li>
<p>Pension scheme</p>
