Position: Amazon Connect Data Specialist Key Responsibilities: Subject matter expert of data requirements within a Contact Centre environment Own the data relationship with EQ Data Office, Management Information & Business Stakeholders across all EQ divisions Provide data input & guidance during the discovery, design and build phases to ensure the data requirement are achieved and accurate for Amazon Connect Own all aspects of data management and output for Amazon Connect including integrations leveraging AWS data Collect, clean, validate and process data from multiple sources ensuring accuracy and completeness. Define & govern data best practice Build and develop reports in conjunction with wider EQ stakeholders Technical Abilities: - Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect leveraging knowledge of AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, SES, SNS, Lex, Bedrock, API Gateway, Contact Lens, CloudWatch, CloudTrail etc..) to support contact centre solution development. - Proficiency with Amazon Connect / AWS data, MS Fabric, Databricks and Data Transformation. - Extensive experience of Business Intelligent tools - Power BI & QuickSight. - Programming: Expert in Python, SQL or another programming language with data manipulation and extraction. and experienced with Terraform. - DevOps knowledge and exposure to AWS Terraform and Pipeline deployments. - AWS Certifications are beneficial such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Data Analytics, Machine Learning but are not essential.
