<h2>Test Expert (SharePoint Applications)</h2><h5><strong>About the Client and our Role</strong></h5><p>At Optiveum, we connect top IT professionals with exciting tech initiatives. In this case, we are the recruitment partner of an established IT Outsourcing organization. By taking part in this long-term project you will be contributing to a major institutional project focused on testing complex SharePoint-based applications.</p><h5><strong>The Role</strong></h5><p>We are looking for <strong>3 Test Experts</strong> to ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of complex software systems.<br>In this role, you will take ownership of testing strategy, design test environments, and execute a full spectrum of application tests. <br>You will work closely with development and architecture teams to validate that the final product meets high-quality standards.</p><h5><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h5><ul><li><p>Take responsibility for the testing strategy and plan all test activities.</p></li><li><p>Develop test plans, test cases, and design the testing environment.</p></li><li><p>Implement, execute, and debug application test cases and scripts.</p></li><li><p>Analyze functional and technical system design for testability.</p></li><li><p>Interpret test results, track defects, and report on progress, status, and trends.</p></li><li><p>Validate and document the completion of testing and development.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate closely with analysts, architects, software developers, and service desk teams to ensure top-tier quality assurance.</p></li></ul><h5><strong>Expectations</strong></h5><ul><li><p><strong>Experience:</strong> Minimum 5 years of overall experience in IT, including at least <strong>4 years hands-on experience as a Tester or Test Expert</strong>.</p></li><li><p><strong>SharePoint:</strong> Proven, hands-on experience testing SharePoint-based applications.</p></li><li><p><strong>Azure DevOps:</strong> Practical experience with Azure DevOps Test Plans.</p></li><li><p><strong>Testing Expertise:</strong> Expert knowledge of the full testing spectrum, including unit, integration, functional, performance, stress, acceptance, and regression testing.</p></li><li><p><strong>Databases:</strong> Hands-on experience creating SQL queries.</p></li><li><p><strong>Process &amp; Tools:</strong> Experience setting up test management tools for new projects, providing test documentation, and a strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).</p></li><li><p><strong>Language:</strong> Fluent English (B2 level), confirmed by a formal certificate <em>(specific certificate requirements to be discussed during the process)</em>.</p></li><li><p><strong>Education:</strong> Higher education degree (Bachelor’s or Engineer level). An ICT-relevant degree is not mandatory.</p></li></ul><h5><strong>Certifications Requirements</strong></h5><p>You must possess <strong>at least one</strong> of the following:</p><ul><li><p>ISTQB Advanced certification.</p></li><li><p>An equivalent internationally recognized certification.</p></li><li><p><em>OR:</em> 3 additional years of test management experience (above the required 4 years minimum at a similar position).</p></li></ul><h5><strong>What We Offer</strong></h5><ul><li><p><strong>Salary:</strong> Up to 115 - 120 PLN net / hour.</p></li><li><p><strong>Contract Type:</strong> B2B agreement.</p></li><li><p><strong>Type of Work:</strong> 100% Fully Remote (must be based in Poland)</p></li></ul>
