Key Responsibilities: Providing 1:1 and group support to students with autism, ensuring an inclusive learning environment. Assisting teachers with differentiated lesson planning to meet individual student needs. Supporting students in developing social, emotional, and communication skills through structured interventions. Pre-requisites: Relevant qualifications in education or special educational needs support. Proven experience supporting students with autism and additional needs in an educational setting. Strong knowledge of autism strategies , including PECS, Makaton, or other communication methods. Two education or school-based references .
