Requisitos: Ensino técnico completo em mecânica/mecatrônica ou afins; Ensino Superior cursando (completo será um diferencial); Sólidos conhecimentos em todo pacote office (Excel avançado); Conhecimento em SAP; Inglês técnico. Responsabilidades e Atribuições: Administrar demanda de pedidos de assistência técnica em Garantia; Efetuar enquadramento de ordens de Garantia; Receber e dar andamento no processo de garantia junto ao cliente e internamente; Avaliação de causa de falha; Levantamento de custos de serviços junto a fornecedores / mão de obra; Realizar o acompanhamento das remessas das peças para a oficina; Realizar os registro nas planilhas de controle do departamento; Executar outras atividades correlatas e inerentes ao cargo.
