Senior People Operations Partner Salary $75k+ DOE We have partnered with our client, a dynamic leader in large-scale operations, seeking a Senior People Operations Partner. This isn’t just an HR role—it’s a strategic coaching position. You will serve as a trusted advisor to managers and supervisors in the field, providing the guidance and frameworks necessary to elevate leadership performance and foster a high-engagement environment. Responsibilities: Adhere to all federal and state labor regulations Collaborate with leaders regarding talent management Manage, nurture and act as the main liaison for stakeholders Resolve workplace situations Guide management teams through organizational change and workplace planning   Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred Bilingual English and Spanish required HR experience preferred Demonstrated success as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, guiding strategic organizational shifts.
