Your role will involve
Managing the end‑to‑end lifecycle of Customer Authority Requests for Change (RFCs), from initial submission through to delivery of high‑quality Impact Assessments. You will lead the coordination of technical, project, and PMO teams to ensure each RFC progresses through the Change Impacting process efficiently, transparently, and in line with agreed governance. You will also act as a key liaison with the Customer Authority, ensuring clear communication, accurate reporting, and a consistent focus on continuous improvement across the process.
Working within the Change Impacting function, you will be part of a team focused on delivering clarity, predictability, and confidence to both internal stakeholders and the Customer Authority. This is a role for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complexity, building strong relationships, and driving high‑quality outcomes in a fast‑moving environment.
Your transferable skills and experience:
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and manage competing priorities
Experience in change management, project delivery, or service governance
Strong organisational and analytical capability
Confidence reviewing and assuring quality of deliverables
A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify and implement enhancements
Required
Experienced in Senior Project Management or comparable high-level coordination roles.
Experienced Stakeholder Manager
Good interpersonal skills
Experienced in major Bid Management
